What's Different about This Program


The standard and accepted wisdom of previous change leadership efforts prompt leaders to diagnose deep organizational dissatisfaction, create a burning platform, gather a coalition of the willing, communicate for buy-in, eliminate resistance to change, etc. In this model, people may comply, but there is no commitment to change. Over time, people simply move back to their old behaviors.
