Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend a program, we will gladly accept an appropriate substitute participant to take your place up to the day of the program at no extra charge. Exceptions must be made for programs requiring pre-program assessments or assignments that require completion well in advance of the program. These include, but are not limited to, “Coaching for Intentional Development,” or any programs longer than 2 days and/or programs that have extensive prework required by participants. Participants will be responsible for transferring any program materials already provided.

Cancellation Policy

The following will apply to both open enrollments and Affiliate members:

  • Weatherhead Executive Education will grant a 100% refund for cancellations made five (5) or more business days prior to the start of the program minus a 10% processing fee.
There is no refund for cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to the program.(If a program is not held for any reason, the University's liability is limited to refund of the program fee.)
  • For any course that has a registration deadline, cancellations must be made prior to the registration deadline to receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Additional fees may apply. See individual programs for details.

Transfer Policy

We will accept a limited number of registration transfers to an alternative program offering. There will be no additional fee if the first registration transfer is made more than five (5) business days before the original program start date.

Payment will be applied to the future program at the time of transfer. Any difference in cost between the two programs would also be due at this time.

There is a 10% administrative fee for transfers made less than five (5) business days past the start day of the original program.

Cancelled Programs Policy

Weatherhead Executive Education reserves the right to cancel any program due to weather, “acts of God,” low registration, or for other reasons Weatherhead deems appropriate. If we cancel a program, participants will be eligible for a refund of fees paid to Weatherhead, not in excess of the total registration/program fee.
