The cohort itself provides a learning opportunity as you will learn insights from executives from a variety of fields plus receive peer feedback that is virtually unavailable in any other venue.

The cohort can provide you with new perspectives on your own strengths and challenges allowing you to see opportunities that you may have not otherwise considered. Coupled with the 360 ESCI tool that we provide you in this program, the relationships and support system established during the sessions often extend well beyond the curriculum period, providing an extended professional network and impact that endure for years.
