Suzette is a Board-Certified Executive Coach with 33+ years of experience working with individuals seeking to improve their professional skills and personal lives. Her approach with clients involves an assessment of individual values, sense of purpose and a personal vision as it relates to future dreams, goals, and desires for living the best version of themselves. She uses a strength-based approach to refine a deeper self-awareness and interpersonal effectiveness, applied to both life and career satisfaction. Suzette engages the power of intentional change to promote the individual's physical, intellectual, social and spiritual health and value for life-long personal exploration, growth and learning.

Her career at Case Western Reserve University included 7+ years of experience in Executive Education at the Weatherhead School of Management where she worked as a Director for both degree and non-degree programming. Her role involved working with organizations, professionals and executives in continuing education opportunities as well as advanced degrees for business, management and leadership development. She continued her experience with CWRU working at the Case School of Engineering for the remaining 17 years of her career at the University. Suzette integrated her interest in both disciplines and eventually held the position as Executive Director for the Institute for Management and Engineering and participated in the launch of an innovative graduate degree program in partnership with both the Weatherhead School and the Case School of Engineering.

Suzette's interest in personal resilience and healthy adaptation led her to work as a Board-Certified Life Coach for University Hospital's Connor Integrative Whole Health Center. Here she also served as an Instructor in the areas of stress management, resilience training, mindfulness and participated in their Executive Health Programming.

Additionally, Suzette also holds credentials as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. She has worked in a part-time capacity for both an agency and in private practice for the past 17 years. She earned her M.A. in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary, her independent clinical licensure with the State of Ohio and a B.S. in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University. She serves individuals, couples and families to build needed skills and strategies for navigating life at all stages.
