Stormy, known affectionately to her clients as “Dr. Storm,” brings a combination of strategic thinking, deep listening, and a sense of wonder to her work with leaders at all stages of their careers, entrepreneurs, and women in STEM, helping them chart a path forward that excites them.



I am a coach, educator, and founder of the private coaching practice Organizing Wonder, LLC. With 25 years of experience in leadership and organizational development in complex healthcare, academia, CPG, start-up and humanitarian domains, I have coached hundreds of creative entrepreneurs, emerging and experienced leaders (particularly women in STEM), high performance teams, and individuals undergoing transitions and evolutions in their personal and professional lives. My greatest strength lies in helping people navigate uncertainty—whether it is helping you gain clarity about shifting values and priorities and what they mean for your personal and professional futures, weathering (un)expected life transitions that shock you into new ways of seeing yourself and your relationships, embracing professional surprises and disruptions as opportunities for growth, and surfacing unarticulated or long-forgotten dreams.

My “head-and-heart” approach to coaching is tailored to your unique goals, needs, and evolving sense of self within the context of your work, your life, and your relationships. To support you, I draw on significant training in executive and life coaching, immersive imagery and embodied memory techniques, as well as coaching approaches that support the needs of neurocomplex (gifted, ADHD, and autistic), creative, and highly empathetic humans.

I bring extensive experience working in operational, technical, creative, and intra/entrepreneurial settings, as well as in teaching strategic communication, leadership acumen, relational dynamics, and how to leverage one’s emotional intelligence. As an individual with a multicultural background and global career experience, I am sensitive to the roles that identity, authenticity, and desire for belonging play in one's aspirations and fulfillment. And, my doctoral research on inclusion, social identity, resonance, and the potentials of wonder in inspiring personal and professional change heavily influence my perspective and my work with you. I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior, am experienced in healthcare, entrepreneurship, academia, CPG, and humanitarian domains, and am certified as an ICF Professional Coach (PCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Weatherhead Executive Coach, Behavioral Analyst, and Strategic Foresight Practitioner.
