Jenn Carr, BCC, PCC
Jenn helps individuals leverage strengths, make meaning from their experiences and realize their potential.
Jenn's interests and career focus on developing, advancing and promoting learning and change. As a coach, she focuses on helping organizations and individuals leverage strengths, make meaning from experience and realize their potential. She has also led workshops and coached executives to expand their executive presence and communication skills.
Since she began coaching in 2010, she has worked with professionals across various industries to make desired changes in their careers and lives through the intentional change process. Clients include senior business and nonprofit leaders, as well as academic scholars. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, and a Board Certified Coach (BCC); she holds certification for the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).
For over 13 years, she served as a senior leader in Executive Education at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University to develop and market a series of professional development seminars and workshops on leadership development and business acumen.
Jenn and her husband Lance are raising two teenage boys. Based on her own experiences as a parent, she has a strong passion for advocating for families with children who have neurological differences.
She holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University and an M.Ed. from John Carroll University.
