Debbie  Fatica, Weatherhead Coach

Debbie coaches individuals in achieving their optimal effectiveness by creating a vision, identifying values, and developing a proactive and sustainable approach to their professional and personal ambitions.

Debbie Fatica, a Board Certified Coach (BCC), coaches individuals focused on self-improvement and sustainable changes.  She works with the whole person to create and establish balance in their professional and personal worlds.  Empowering people to dream, visualize, and initiate action is an integral component of her coaching style.  Debbie works with building self-confidence and direction; adopting and maintaining optimism; examining one’s leadership vision, style, and future plans; and making intentional change a lifelong process.

In the coaching partnership, Debbie becomes involved with identifying and understanding one’s competencies and how to develop them to an optimal level. She has a passion for executive coaching and enjoys witnessing the personal and professional growth people undergo as they participate in the coaching experience.

As an executive coach, Debbie is certified to administer and interpret the Emotional Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).

Debbie has coached Engineering undergraduate and graduate students and emerging women leaders at Case Western Reserve University. She has coached many executives in Engineering, Health Care, Business, Law and various other fields at a wide variety of companies and organizations.

She has worked extensively with corporate and executive representatives throughout the United States as she developed the Cooperative Education Program at Case Western Reserve University.  She has a background in career development and counseling with additional experience in marketing, recruiting, corporate relations, leadership, and administration.

At Case Western Reserve University, Debbie served as the Director of Cooperative Education and Associate Director of the Career Center, and is currently serving as the Assistant Dean in the Division of Engineering Leadership and Professional Practice in the Case School of Engineering.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Arts in College Student Personnel/Higher Education from Bowling Green State University. Debbie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Ohio.
