Lori draws from her extensive experience working with professionals at all levels in a variety of organizations including banking, higher education, and healthcare. Lori has coached, in some form, for over 25 years. From early-career professionals and high potentials, to C-Suite executives including CEOs, physicians, researchers and engineers; Lori has helped individuals realize their vision, increase their self-awareness, overcome obstacles and achieve their goals through a mix of evidence-based approaches. Lori provides her clients with the space and support to think through their vision and current state, and work towards desired outcomes supporting important accountability measures along the way.

Lori has also built or deployed world-class education and coaching programs, and championed critical HR/OD initiatives at a variety of organizations including The Broadview Saving and Loan Company, Case Western Reserve University, and The Cleveland Clinic. In addition to holding senior leadership roles, Lori served as a special assistant to various presidents at CWRU during times of rapid transitions.

Beyond traditional coaching, Lori has also served as a Mentor Coach and Peer Coach in coach education programs, as well as a Volunteer Coach for the Mather Center for Women at Case Western Reserve University. Lori has performed shadow coaching, where she observes her client in work situations, and has conducted live 360 assessments interviewing individuals for targeted feedback on her client.

Lori holds an MS in Positive Organization Development and Change; is a member of Beta Gama Sigma; and is a Board Certified Coach, through the Center for Credentialing and Education, as well as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
