LaToya Smith, PHR, SHRM-CP has been a dedicated team member at a financial institution for 26 years, leading and coaching a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to attract top talent.

She holds a master’s degree in E-Business from the University of Phoenix. She is a Board-Certified Coach and received certifications from Fluxify and the Weatherhead Coach Education programs. Additionally, LaToya has developed her skills working with both profit and nonprofit leaders.

Within her banking role, she has managed highly engaged teams, worked with senior-level coaches, and participated in the bank’s coaching programs. She continues to enjoy coaching MBA students at Case Western Reserve University and contributes to the Executive Leadership Program led by Dr. Melvin Smith.

LaToya’s coaching style is warm and inviting—she strives to make people feel seen, heard, and safe in her presence. Her favorite part about coaching is witnessing clients discover something new about themselves that sparks greater curiosity.
