Jennifer's career and interests focus on developing, advancing and promoting learning and change. As a collaborative and creative professional and coach, Jennifer has helped organizations and individuals leverage strengths, make meaning from their experiences and realize their potential.
As an executive coach, Jennifer works with working professionals and graduate students to advance in making desired changes in their careers and lives through the intentional change process. She has been coaching managers and leaders across a variety of industries since 2010 and is certified in the Hay Group Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).
For over 13 years, she served as a senior leader in Executive Education at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, with expertise in communication, client relations and project management. Working closely with faculty instructors, Jennifer collaborated on a variety of professional development seminars and workshops on leadership development and business acumen. As a team leader, she held responsibility for developing, marketing and selling a series of more than 70 executive programs to corporate clients. She continues to spearhead strategic initiatives for Weatherhead Executive Education with a focus on coaching accreditation and certification.
Jennifer holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, and an M.Ed. from John Carroll University.
