Dr. Claire Wu, PCC, is a board-certified executive coach, Management professor, and leadership researcher. With over a decade of experience in what elevates individuals and teams, her work focuses on leadership capacity, navigating paradox, and thriving at work and beyond.
As the founder of WNDR coaching, Dr. Wu has supported physicians, faculty, and directors through leadership programs at Yale University, the University of Michigan Medical School, and Weatherhead Executive Education, as well as in Fortune 100 organizations. She works with diverse professionals and leaders—including women, minority professionals, and those from intercultural or immigrant backgrounds—to achieve important goals and visions.
With a background in HR and Organizational Behavior, she delivers executive-level coaching through 360 assessments, job shadowing, and targeted engagements. She is a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, where she designs and teaches MBA courses in Leadership, Performance Management, and Human Resource Management.
Her work is grounded in advanced training from the Co-Active Institute, Case Western Reserve University, and Positive Intelligence. She is certified in the ESCI 360 and has served on the Board of Directors of ICF Wisconsin.
