Carroll is an experienced and passionate executive coach who partners with senior executives, women leaders, technical leaders, and high-potential talent – leaders who want to make a meaningful difference as they step into new roles, elevate their influence, or discern what’s next. She supports clients to sustainably achieve their desired change while bringing out the best in themselves and the people they lead.

With more than 20 years of global experience working with executives and leadership teams across industries – including technology, professional services, financial services, healthcare, higher education, non-profits, and small businesses – Carroll brings a real-world understanding of organizational complexity and leadership challenges. This enables her to meet clients where they are and help them navigate change with clarity and confidence.

Clients experience Carroll as empathic and insightful. She creates a results-oriented coaching environment grounded in deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, reflection, and practical action. Her work is informed by intentional change theory, emotional and social intelligence, adult development, neuroscience, and a deeply held commitment to service and well-being.

Carroll previously held executive and consulting roles at IBM, including HR Leader for the Analytics business, Global Executive Succession & Development Director, and Director of IBM's global executive leadership development and assessment portfolio. She led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on identifying, assessing, and developing leaders through action learning, leadership programs, assessment centers, and large-scale change efforts.

Carroll founded Connacher Coaching & Consulting building upon her corporate career and creating her own intentional change to more fully live her purpose. She is an Associate and Faculty member at Teleos Leadership Institute and an executive coach for Weatherhead Executive Education at Case Western Reserve University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and holds a BA in Computer Science (Boston University), an MBA (New York University), and an MA in Counseling (Fairfield University).

Outside of her work, Carroll enjoys yoga, the outdoors, cooking for family and friends, travel, and contributing to a better world.
