Camilla's coaching is candid, pragmatic and empathetic. Her focus is on helping clients think bigger and express their true potential to present the best version of themselves, by enabling a safe environment for exploration and creativity.

Camilla Celati is a global executive and leadership coach and consultant. She works with executives to become stronger leaders in their own terms, find their purpose, take their career to the next level, or create a leadership legacy that lasts. Camilla believes every person is unique and therefore so is the coaching experience. Her coaching is tailored to the needs of each client and designed to ensure they receive optimal value for their career and life. She applies the intentional change process, as well as other tools and techniques such as transactional analysis and co-active coaching to her coaching engagements.

As a thought partner, Camilla gently probes, asking clients insightful questions, and encourages self-reflection to deepen self–awareness and reliance on strengths to drive results. Her clients find her warm, creative, and fun to work with, as well as committed to generate positive change in their careers whilst staying loyal to their identity and purpose.

Prior to becoming a coach, Camilla was an international HR leader in Fortune and FTSE 100 companies for 15 years, with a special focus on people strategy & management and talent development. Her professional history includes serving as a HR director at BP, senior HR business partner at Deloitte, global talent business lead at GSK, and HR services leader at Honeywell.

Camilla earned a MS in positive organization development and change from Case Western Reserve University (US) and a MS in international relations from University of Bologna (Italy).
