Audra T. Jones (Founder/CEO, Krystal Klear Communications, L.L.C.) hails from Cleveland, Ohio where she is an entrepreneur, volunteer, co-author, public speaker, and educator. She holds a BA from Hampton University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. Audra serves as the CEO of Krystal Klear Communications, L.L.C. and is an Executive Coach for Case Western Reserve University and The Neighborhood Leadership Development Program.

With over 20 years of experience, she has provided strategic communications counsel to business owners and industry leaders to protect reputations and execute authentic communication strategies. She serves on boards including moCa Cleveland (Immediate Past Board Co-President), BorderLight Cle Festival, and the St. Clair Superior Development Corporation.

Audra is a Board Certified Coach and holds a Weatherhead Executive Coaching Certificate. She is recognized for her equity-centered approach and speaks nationwide on leadership and community empowerment. Her work has earned her honors such as Entrepreneur of the Year and Community Champion of the Year.
