Andrá is an accomplished and results oriented transformational leader, globally board-certified executive coach (BCC), with more than thirty-five years of experience working with individuals, teams, and executives in human resources development.



As a former Adjunct Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Andrá's ability to develop and design unique curricula, compliments his engaging and highly interactive facilitation style and ensures a practical application of skills and deeper insights. The depth and breadth of his knowledge in organizational behavior and leadership development has made him a masterful, highly sought-after keynote speaker for conferences and positions him as a thought leader on various leadership focused panels and forums related to intentional change and organizational design.

Andrá is the founding President & CEO of The KhafreWard Corporation and is a valued thought leader, experiential learning training designer, advisory & strategic thinking consultant to corporate executives across a broad range of industries, including financial & professional services, retail, consumer products, construction and educational institutions to health care, utilities, government, and manufacturing corporations across the United States, Canada, Europe, Bermuda, China, Central America, Latin America, United Arab Emirates and East, West and South Africa. Thirty-four countries to date.

His entrepreneurial ventures and interests span a number of business enterprises. He's owner of a full-service travel agency, EQuusTRAVEL, and is a certified global travel advisor. He serves as Chief Growth & Transformation Officer for B-Direct, LLC. The US-based, Africa-centric corporate board readiness and placement firm focused primarily on leveraging cross-cultural intelligence and agility for independent corporate directors and investors.

Mr. Ward was appointed to the Board of Regents of Northern Kentucky University, a Division I institution, by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and has served as the Chairman of the Board. He's now in his second six-year term on the Board. He was appointed by the Hamilton County (OH) Board of Commissioners to a three-year term to the Economic Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Council where he also served as Vice Chair. Andrá currently serves as a member of the Dan Beard Council Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors. He's a founding board member of the (Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity, Inc.) Delta Gamma Lambda Youth Education Foundation.
