Claire A. Scott Miller, MEd, Weatherhead Coach

Executive Master Coach and Leadership expert who will work with you to tailor your coaching. You will experience break-through results in relation to career, family, health and personal (all facets, or the individual areas you want to experience growth around.)

Claire A. Scott Miller has been an executive coach and career and human resource consultant for over twenty years. Her executive coaching assists individuals in maximizing their leadership potential and career-life satisfaction. Her consulting and training expertise has successfully assisted organizations in maximizing the effectiveness of their human resources and contributing to organizational productivity. Clients represent executives from Fortune 500 corporations, professional service firms, banks, hospitals and government agencies across the United States, Canada and Europe and the Middle East. This in-depth coaching and consulting exposure helps her connect and understand the various work cultures and life situations her clients face.

Claire’s executive coaching process is holistic in nature. She works with individuals in defining success in relation to career, family, and being a healthy growing individual. The client defines the areas they want to work on and develop outcomes that guide the coaching sessions. Her approach is to help the client leverage their strengths to overcome blocks to success. This might include evolving leadership development; managing change (organizational and personal); leveraging relationships; social and human capital; managing multiples priorities; “revitalizing” and continuing a sense of growth, despite where one is in relation to their career and life stage. Her mantra is “no one cares as much about your career as you” and “people don’t change unless they have a reason to change.”

Claire has been part of Corporate Balance Concepts (CBC), providing world class expertise in executive coaching and development. The coaching guides executives to excel as leaders and strategic thinkers in challenging, shifting environments. The coaching is designed to foster efficiency, productivity, and professional goal achievement, giving smart people smarter ways of working.

Past research involved directing a Work Family project funded by The Cleveland Foundation, which gained recognition nationally. While managing the project, Ms. Miller was on a leave of absence from the General Electric Co. where she was a member of the Professional Relations Staff.
