Khaz is an executive advisor leveraging emotional intelligence and strategic thinking to support clarity, effectiveness, and personal growth. Recognized for his ability as a skillful connector, Khaz empowers clients to achieve breakthrough results through facilitative approaches that inspire mindset shifts and drive organizational excellence.

Khaz has coached leaders and individuals from a variety of sectors assisting with the structure of high-performing teams, driving innovative human capital development, enabling strategic talent mobility, and cultivating collaborative environments for organizational growth. Clients include senior business and nonprofit leaders, as well as founders and co-founders (solo-prenuers).

Khaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies and a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. He is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Board-Certified Executive Coach (BCC) by the Center for Credentialing and Education, is an Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) Certified Practitioner (Korn Ferry), a certified Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 Practitioner, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, is a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, and holds multiple leadership, coaching, and management certificates from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, and Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and belongs to the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In his leisure Khaz enjoys time with his family and volunteering in his local community.
