Mindfulness is a set of skills that can help you transform your impact and enhance your quality of life.
Applied to the practice of leadership, mindfulness is an essential skill for gaining focus, calm and clarity, managing emotions, creating options, building connections and developing better results.
The certificate program is a journey to becoming a more self-aware, impactful and generative leader. The three courses build on one another by introducing mindfulness in a leadership context, demonstrating how mindfulness can be used in action and integrating mindfulness to face adaptive leadership challenges.
If you are seeking a rare combination of the practical and the profound, this certificate is for you.
