The transition from performing as an individual contributor to managing others requires an expanded and deepened skill set in interpersonal management. This certificate program helps participants achieve their potential at an accelerated rate by bringing together foundational required courses with a series of electives so that each individual can tailor a program to specific strengths and needs. In addition to learning from world-class presenters and experts in their fields, participants will network with up-and-coming managers from organizations throughout the region.
Who Should Attend:
This certificate is especially helpful for supervisors who manage complex projects and special assignments, and for professionals managing ad hoc, cross-functional teams. The skills developed in this program will help those who facilitate groups that include multiple stakeholders. Professionals who facilitate in more traditional venues such as staff meetings, board meetings and committee meetings will benefit as well.
Coursework for the Certificate:
Certificate is awarded after completion of the required two-day course and two class days from the elective course selection below. Certificate requirements should be completed within an 18-month period.

Alternatively, you can register by phone at 216-368-6413. You have 18 months to complete any of our leadership, management, or functional knowledge certificates. Also please be aware that a program can only be applied toward the requirements of one certificate.
Receipt of Certificate
Certificates will be automatically produced and sent out to participants who have completed the requirements twice a year. Participants can expect to receive certificates in December/January or June/July after the completion of their courses.
