Leadership Coaching
One-on-one leadership coaching provides personal guidance on a transformative journey of learning and development.
In addition to content on what distinguishes outstanding leaders from others, the program includes three one-on-one coaching sessions from a highly-trained Weatherhead Coach, enabling participants to personalize this leadership development experience based on individual needs and goals.
Leadership Coaching includes:
- Three sessions (phone or videoconference)
- The Learning Styles Inventory (and interpretation)
- The Emotional and Social Competency Inventory-ESCI (and interpretation)
