Kimberley Parsons
Kimberley Lewis Parsons is the founder and CEO of Bamboo Teaming, where she works with senior leadership teams to improve team performance by addressing the friction that gets in the way of alignment, collaboration, and results. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, teaming, and execution—helping teams say the hard things, work better together, and actually move the work forward, faster.
Kimberley brings 20 years of experience from a Fortune 100 bank, where she held senior roles across technology and people leadership and led complex, high-stakes business initiatives. For the past 17 years, she has coached senior leaders and executive teams, and has spent eight years teaching at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
Her perspective blends real-world leadership experience with research-informed practice. Kimberley has been published in Harvard Business Review for her pragmatic approach to inclusion in teaming, with a focus on how leaders can create the conditions for better collaboration and stronger outcomes.
Highly credentialed, Kimberley holds a BBA and an MS in Computer Information Systems, along with multiple advanced certifications in executive coaching, organizational relationship systems coaching, and team coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and holds the ICF’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching—an advanced designation held by fewer than 10 percent of coaches worldwide.
