Jonathan Reitz, MCC is Director of Training/CEO at FLUXIFY, an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) in Cleveland, Ohio.  Jonathan holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential in the International Coaching Federation and has worked as a subject matter expert for the ICF.  Jonathan was one of the first coaches in the world to hold the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) in the ICF.

"Coaching to develop people/leaders gets me up in the morning.   Sometimes it keeps me awake at night," says Jonathan Reitz.

Jonathan Reitz is the author of "Coaching Hacks:  Simple Strategies to Make Every Conversation More Effective" and is the primary architect of FLUXIFY's Integrated Coach Training process.  FLUXIFY has trained coaches all over the world Jonathan is also a Managing Partner for the Harrison Assessment. 

His coaching has been featured multiple times on the World Business and Executive Coaches Summit (WBECS/coaching.com) and he teaches in the Weatherhead School of Management Coaching Program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.  His first career was in morning radio and television, where he interviewed two Presidents, artists such as Frank Sinatra and Garth Brooks, and other newsmakers. 

Jonathan has started 7 businesses and not for profit organizations in his career, and leadership and entrepreneurism are the foci for his coaching practice.

Because of his morning radio & television career, Jonathan Reitz spent more than 20 years getting up earlier than anyone you know.  He lives near Cleveland, Ohio with his wife Joy and daughter Julia.  He and Joy are huge Cleveland sports fans and enjoy nothing more than cheering for the Cleveland Guardians.
