Patrick Donadio

Patrick Donadio, MBA, is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP™), Master Certified Coach (MCC), and author of the book “Communicating with IMPACT©.” He specializes in Business Communications and Leadership Development. Patrick has taught and coached two generations of C-suite executives, leaders, and their organizations to apply his “IMPACT© Process” to clearly communicate, lead effectively, present powerfully, listen attentively, and make a greater IMPACT on their bottom line.

Patrick has empowered audiences nationally and globally with his custom, engaging keynotes, practical training, and one-on-one coaching for over 20 years. He has trained thousands of people in a wide range of industries, from Fortune 100 corporations to associations and governmental organizations. Donadio has appeared on the same programs with renowned speakers such as Earvin “Magic” Johnson, LA Lakers; Joan Lunden, former Good Morning America host; Roger Staubach, Dallas Cowboys’ Quarterback; Lou Holtz, Notre Dame Legend; George Will, ABC TV news analyst; and Comedian Jeff Foxworthy.

As a leader, he has served on the board of the National Speakers Association (NSA), and Patrick is one of only a few people in the world to have earned both the NSA's Certified Speaking Professional (CSPTM) and the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation, the highest earned certifications from both associations.

As an educator, he has taught communications at the University of Notre Dame, The Weatherhead School of Management, The Ohio State University, and The John Glenn College of Public Affairs. Patrick received his Master’s in Business Administration from Ohio University, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Communications, and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

Previously, Donadio served as an administrator at Ohio University, Vice President of consulting services for a national corporation, and Executive Director for the nationally award-winning Ohio Crime Prevention Association.
