Jeremy Graves, Weatherhead Instructor


Dr. Jeremy Graves has over 25 years of proven leadership experience in the non-profit, business, and academic communities. This trifecta of experience helps him take theory from the classroom and apply it to everyday life. He has served in several different leadership capacities, from Executive Director for various community organizations to Director of Professional and Continuing Education for Boise State University.  He is the Founder and CEO of JGG Coaching & Consulting which has emerged as a leading firm in leadership development since its inception in 2015.  He has a passion to see systems work together within communities and has developed and trained leaders within today's workforce locally, nationally, and internationally.

He works as the lead instructor and instructional designer for Boise State University's Center for Professional Development. Jeremy teaches Organizational Assessment at a doctoral level and Human Capital: Leadership and People Development at the MBA level as an adjunct professor at Bakke Graduate University. He also teaches as adjunct faculty at Weatherhead School of Management in the LEAD program in the college of innovation and design.

As an authoritative voice in change leadership, Jeremy has authored three groundbreaking books that have reshaped the discourse on leadership and organizational transformation.  His first book, Leading Across Generations, explores the challenges and opportunities presented by diverse age groups in the workforces, offering practical insights for fostering cohesion and synergy.  In 2023, Jerremy introduced his second book, The Leaders Paradox, which presents a comprehensive model of servant leadership derived from his extensive research and practical experience.  This seminal work has provided leaders with a roadmap for navigating complex organizational landscapes while prioritizing empathy, empowerment, and service.  His third book, Change Leadership, promises to revolutionize approaches to organizational change.  Drawing on his deep understanding of change dynamics, Jeremy offers innovative tools and his groundbreaking SHARE model.

Jeremy is married to his wife Stephanie of 25 years and they have two sons. They reside in beautiful Boise Idaho.
