Partnership with WiMEF
Our collaboration with the Women in Manufacturing Educational Foundation
(WiMEF) underscores our shared commitment to advancing women in the
manufacturing and STEM sectors. WiMEF, a 501(c)(3) organization established
by the Women in Manufacturing Association, is dedicated to closing the
gender gap and increasing the number of women in leadership roles. Through
this partnership, we provide participants–regardless of
gender–with unparalleled access to career–building resources,
training, and networking opportunities, all centered on the goal of
elevating women into leadership positions.
The Leadership Institute for Women in STEM and Manufacturing (LIW) is a
testament to this collaboration. Created in partnership with WiMEF and
perfected over a decade of offerings, the program features a comprehensive
curriculum designed to empower participants with the strategic insight,
presence, and confidence needed to lead effectively in traditionally
male–dominated industries. Together, we are building a skilled,
diverse, and resilient manufacturing workforce where women achieve, lead,
and succeed.
