Donadio has served on the board of the National Speakers Association (NSA). And he is one of only a handful of people in the world to have earned both the Certified Speaking Professional (CSPTM) designation from NSA, and the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the highest earned designations in both associations based on proven experience and customer satisfaction.
Donadio received his MBA from Ohio University, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in communications and was elected to Phi Kappa Phi honorary society. As an educator, he has taught communications at The University of Notre Dame, Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, The Ohio State University and The John Glenn College of Public Affairs.
