Merryn Rutledge, EdD

Merryn is principal of ReVisions LLC, a change management and executive coaching firm with clients in all sectors throughout the US. She has guided major change initiatives and developed performance management programs for diverse organizations and regularly teaches in leadership development programs that include the Center for Leadership and Innovation's Executive Management program and the Snelling Center for Government. In addition to many corporate coaching clients, Dr. Rutledge coaches for the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland's ICF certified coaching program. Merryn's research, including, with Kay Peterson, the first articulation of the Learning Compass, has appeared in OD Practitioner, BoardSource and other publications.
