Diane Bergeron, PhD

Diane Bergeron, PhD received her doctorate in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University. Her most recent work experience is as associate professor at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. In her former life, Diane worked for a consulting firm in New York City and at Pfizer, Inc. She also spent two years volunteering in the Dominican Republic and has worked with several Cleveland non-profits. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management. She recently returned to Cleveland after taking two years off for a family sailing adventure, traveling the East coast of the U.S. and through the Caribbean. Her research areas include organizational citizenship behavior, career advancement, gender, productivity and work performance. Her research has won awards and has been published in leading academic journals. She regularly presents her work at national conferences. While at Weatherhead, she has received numerous grants, research honors and awards, as well as graduate student teaching and mentoring awards.
