Daniel Julius

Dr. Daniel J Julius consults, lectures and has written in the areas of organizational behavior, power and influence, human resources, labor management relations, employee assessment, and performance appraisal. He has experience in a variety of mission driven and corporate environments and as a former senior executive in the public and private sectors, he focuses on an accurate identification of organizational challenges, whose cooperation and support is needed to address identified challenges, followed by implementation of workable and pragmatic solutions that can be assessed over time. He is committed to best practices, what works and what does not, in complex political environments. Dr. Julius is a successful educator, researcher, and consultant, affiliated with the Weatherhead School and is a Visiting Fellow at the Yale School of Management and at the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He was educated at The Ohio State University and holds advanced degrees from Columbia University with post-doctoral study in organizational behavior at Stanford University.
