Joe Romano

Joe Romano is a Weatherhead Affiliate Instructor. As a former Industrial Engineer in the automotive industry, worked as a management consultant for almost 30 years at A.T. Kearney’s Cleveland office. He consulted to companies worldwide on operational, logistical, and organizational issues. During the last ten years of his consulting career, Joe led Kearney’s Professional Development activities. Here, he developed and facilitated team building and personal skills enhancement programs ranging from problem solving to more persuasive spoken and written communications. Since retiring from his consulting career ten years ago, he has taught for Shaker Heights Schools.
