Deepak Sirdeshmukh, PhD, is a recognized thought leader in the areas of customer trust and relationship development and impact of relational capital on organizational innovation and risk-taking. His research has been published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and the Journal of Consumer Psychology, among others.
Deepak has extensive executive training experience targeting a range of global audiences including executive leadership and font-line managers. Past clients include divisions of the United Health Group, Key Corp, Uniprise, Avery Denison, Westpac, Australia, De Nora Tech, DP World and Etisalat Telecommunications. His corporate speaking experience includes engagements at Red hat, Citigroup and Infosys. A former faculty member of the Weatherhead School of Management, he is a current faculty member at the College of Management, North Carolina State University.
