Deepak Sirdeshmukh is a former faculty member of the Case Weatherhead School of Management, and a current faculty member at the College of Management, North Carolina State University.
He has extensive executive training experience targeting a range of global audiences including executive leadership, and front-line managers. Past clients include divisions of the United Health Group, Key Corp, Uniprise, Avery Denison, Westpac, Australia, De Nora Tech, and National City Corporation. He has addressed corporate audiences at Red Hat, Citigroup, and Infosys. Program topics include market-focused management, customer-driven innovation, customer trust and corporate reputation management, and brand management.
As a market research consultant, Deepak has provided expertise in measuring brand equity, assessing customer trust and loyalty, and measuring customer satisfaction. He has served as mentor to two high-technology start-ups in the areas of marketing strategy and value proposition development.
Finally, Deepak is a recognized thought leader in the areas in the areas of customer trust and relationship development and impact of relational capital on organizational innovation and risk-taking. His research has been published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and the Journal of Consumer Psychology, among others.
