Udayan Dhar comes to the Weatherhead School of Management with over six years of academic and corporate experience from a diverse range of organizations in India- including Ashoka University, Godrej, and Infosys.
His research is focused on how Positive Organizational Psychology can be used as a tool to foster leadership at all levels. Currently, he is studying the construct of the Ideal Self, its impact on personal growth and its evolving nature over time.
He is also interested in alternative models of macro-economic development that focus on human well-being, environmental care, and technological innovation.
