Udayan Dhar is a PhD student and certified leadership coach in the Organizational Behavior department. His research is focused on how Positive Organizational Psychology can be used as a tool to foster leadership at all levels. Currently, he is studying the construct of the ideal self, and its role in leadership development and coaching.
Previously, he has worked with a diverse range of organizations in India- including Ashoka University, Godrej, and Infosys- primarily in the domains of talent and diversity management.
