Samantha E. Erskine is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Samantha’s research focuses on the emotions and practices of whiteness and patriarchy, CEOs, antiracist feminist leadership, and flourishing/thriving. She is a certified coach and comes to CWRU with twenty years of nonprofit experience, including a decade of experience in fundraising and communications. Samantha earned a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management, a Master of Arts in Women’s History, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies.
