Samantha E. Erskine is a doctoral student in the Department of Organizational Behavior at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Samantha’s research focuses on how executive coaches and organizational leaders handle race and gender, as well as how women and people of color navigate, lead, and thrive in organizations. Samantha is a certified coach and comes to CWRU with twenty years of nonprofit experience, including a decade of experience in fundraising and communications. She earned a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management, a Master of Arts in Women’s History, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies.
