Mandy is interested in well-being in the workplace and how we can have full and enriching lives at work and beyond. After a career in marketing, she has decided to undertake a PhD in order to better understand the factors that makes an organization a great place to work. She has explored the role of humor in organization performance, the role of energy in interdependent work, how executive coaching can enable better days at work and how positive relationships enable coordination. She has a BA in Psychology from Mercer University and an MBA from Lancaster University in the UK.
