Interests and Courses

Research

Jill has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Frostburg State University and Masters of Accountancy from Wright State University. She is a CPA and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) with experience in public accounting and the financial services industry. She worked for a large regional firm in Virginia as an auditor and consultant specializing in financial services and not-for-profit organizations. Jill also worked for JPMorgan Chase as an internal auditor, trust officer, and project manager. Jill has experience in teaching undergraduate accounting courses and has also been a teaching assistant for Masters of Accountancy courses. Her areas of research interest are internal auditing, internal controls, and managerial accounting.
