Gareth Craze is a doctoral student in the department of Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University. A native of New Zealand, he received his Bachelors in Management & Employment Relations and his Masters in Management from The University of Auckland. In his previous career, Gareth worked for over a decade in the global music industry as a promoter, event manager and tour manager, and also operated a premium nightclub and performance venue in his home city of Auckland. Following on from his time in the world of music, Gareth's research interests centre on the evolutionary antecedents of micro organizational behavior, as well as organizational neuroscience.
