Interests and Courses

My research focuses on the connections that faculty in professional education programs make with practitioners. Specifically, I am exploring the maximization of institutional resources by faculty to satisfy university promotion/tenure requirements and fulfill the need to connect with practice. My research goals include identifying a path for faculty to more easily connect with practice in order to maintain a strong understanding of the field of study and to create a mechanism for adjuncts to contribute more fully in curricular planning and academic support for students in professional programs.
