Chris LaszloChris Laszlo, PhD, professor of organizational behavior and Fowler Center faculty director for research and outreach spoke at the International Academy of Management event, The Future of the Corporation: From Best in the World to Best for the World,  January 5-7, 2016 in Chile.

To address the topic of unleashing private and social value, Laszlo presented "Flourishing: Reframing the Challenge."

The International Academy of Management is committed to bringing some of the most outstanding thought leaders in the world together to outline the key challenges and opportunities for corporations to address new sources of private and social value. The conference is the first of IAM's to be hosted in Latin America.

The International Academy of Management is proud of being the eldest management academy in the world. Its origins go back to the first international management congress held in Prague in 1924 at the initiative of President Jan Masaryk, when CIOS - the World Council of Management (Conseil International de l’Organisation Scientifique), was founded. On November 19, 1958, at a meeting in White Sulphur Springs (USA) The International Academy of Management was created as a section of CIOS.  Now The International Academy of Management is an independent organization.
