Faculty & Staff Welcome and Farewell

Please join us as we welcome the following staff members to the Weatherhead community:

Anisha Walker, Associate Director of Alumni Affairs
Anisha Walker joined the Weatherhead External Relations staff as the Associate Director of Alumni Affairs. She will be the primary liaison between Weatherhead and Weatherhead alumni, as well as the focal point for all Weatherhead alumni programming. Anisha holds a BS in Communications from Ohio University and a Masters of Education in adult learning and development. She most recently worked for Myers University where she was the Assistant Director in the MBA program. Anisha has experience in recruiting, working with students and event planning.

Jon Fuller, Program Director
Jon Fuller joined Weatherhead Student Services as a Program Director. Jon comes to Weatherhead from a similar position at Tri-C where he, among other things, ran programs for several different divisions. He has 9 years of post masters experience in consulting, business, and educational programming, including stints at Booz Allen Hamilton, EDR Media, and DigiKnow.

Maria Selos, External Relations Manager
Maria Selos joined Weatherhead’s Career Development Center as an External Relations Manager. She will be working closely with the entire CDC team, particularly JT Neuffer, as they target strategic employers for full-time and internship opportunities for our students. Previously, Maria spent almost 10 years in the specialized staffing industry. Most recently she started up a new division for Nesco Resources called HRConnext where she placed Human Resources professionals. She previously worked for Robert Half International in the Accountemps, OfficeTeam and in Permanent Placement divisions. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University and anticipates starting the MBA program here next spring.

Heidi Bocan, Coordinator for UG and Integrated Study Programs
Heidi Bocan recently joined Weatherhead's Undergraduate and Integrated Study Programs as a Coordinator. She will be working with the UGIS team in Wolstein Hall in a variety of student support and activity functions. Heidi brings a rich and varied background in UG support experience having served in Case's Dean of Undergraduate Study Offices since 1998. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Dayton and also has worked in the private sector prior to coming to the University. Her husband is a Weatherhead Alumnus.

Malcolm Allen, Data Manager
Malcolm Allen joined Weatherhead's Student Services office as a Data Manager. In this capacity, he will ensure that all Student Services data is timely and accurate - including ranking statistics. He will also document internal processes, identify process improvements, conduct internal audits, and maintain the Weatherhead Student Services website. Malcolm’s most recent experience was with Big Lots in Columbus where he worked for 5 years as a systems analyst in the Sales and Tax and Store Control areas. He has a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication from SUNY Institute of Technology in Utica, NY.

The August 2006 issue of Weatherheadlines mistakenly listed Ralista Petkova, Assistant Professor of Banking and Finance, having departed Weatherhead during the summer. She is currently on a leave of absence.
