Posted 9.15.06On Friday, September 15th the Weatherhead Office of UGIS Program Services hosted its annual Fall WSOM Undergraduate BBQ. The BBQ kicks off the fall semester, welcoming back current Weatherhead undergraduates and inviting first-year undergraduates interested in business to meet Weatherhead students, faculty and staff.
Luckily the rain held off on Friday, September 15th for the annual Fall Weatherhead Undergraduate BBQ. The event is hosted each year by the Weatherhead Office of Undergraduate and Integrated Study Programs and serves as a kick off of the new academic year. Not only do current Weatherhead undergraduates attend, but first year students who are interested in business are invited to meet upperclassmen, faculty and staff.
This year the event drew a great mix of faculty, staff and students from Weatherhead and across campus. Student leaders and members of Beta Alpha Psi, Alpha Kappa Psi and Omicron Delta Epsilon, the Weatherhead student groups, were in attendance. Also, freshmen through seniors came to mingle and enjoy the great food.
A special thank you to everyone who attended.
