David L. Cooperrider, PhD, Professor and Department Chair of Organizational Behavior. As a co-originator of Appreciative Inquiry, Dr. Cooperrider is an expert in positive organizational change. He is the co-author of several books including the Appreciative Inquiry Handbook and Appreciative Inquiry: A Positive Revolution in Change. His work has been covered in The New York Times, Fast Company, Human Resources Executive Magazine and Training Magazine. In addition, he consults for organizations such as American Express, BP America, and the U.S. Navy. Dr. Cooperrider earned his PhD from Case Western Reserve University.
