Created to enhance physicians' effectiveness as leaders, the Physician Executive Institute is an interactive program with outstanding internationally known faculty and enthusiastic physician participants. If you are a physician or are reponsible for development of physician leaders in your organization, you will want to consider this very highly regarded program presented by Case's Health Systems Management Center at Weatherhead and sponsored by the School of Medicine.
Topics essential to outstanding leadership - communication, motivation, emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and value creation are included in the program. The Physician Executive Institute is scheduled on eight Wednesday afternoons making it possible for practicing physicians to participate and still maintain their many responsibilities.
