Post production editing technology is now available to any Weatherhead student, faculty or staff…and it’s FREE to use!
There have recently been a number of requests for the Classroom Technology and Facilities group to video tape, edit, and author to DVD/CD or VHS student class projects.
Weatherhead Classroom Technology and Facilities makes video and audio recording equipment (and more) available for stduent, staff and faculty use simply by reserving it online at http://weatherhead.case.edu/avreservation/. We are not currently, however, set up for editing and post production for these projects. But good news is here. There's a new place on campus that does make editing post production technology available to any Weatherhead student, faculty or staff…and it’s FREE to use!
It’s the Freedman Center which is located in the KSL library. It houses a wide variety or multi-media equipment including; Multimedia Workstations for scanning and imaging editing, Audio/Video Workstations for audio and video editing and CD/DVD Rom creation, Language Lab Workstations, Adaptive Technology Workstations and more. They also offer hands on training to those who would like it.
