On October 9, 31 new Masters of Positive and Organizational Development and Change program candidates joined the Weatherhead family. They arrived on campus for the first of five residencies. The students represent Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America and both large and small organizations which demonstrates the truly diverse and global mix of the program. They are leaders in their organization who are responsible for leading change or have significant change responsibilities and/or wish to enhance their people skills and transformational capacity.
The 40-credit hour program extends 16 months from October 2005 to May 2007. The format includes five one-week residencies, a 10-day international study tour, on-line conferencing, and internet-mediated learning between residencies.
The energy of the class is great and as one student put it “they are excited and eager to learn from each other's diverse backgrounds.”
