Majdi Bader Abulaban MBA’90
Majdi Bader Abulaban was recently awarded "China Innovator of the Year" as part of the "China Business Leader Awards 2005." He is currently the regional director of Delphi Packard Electric Systems Asia Pacific and has in-depth business management experience in Asia, especially in China. Under his leadership, Delphi has grown to the largest local wiring harness supplier. The "China Innovator of the Year" award focuses on the recognition of achievements in new product development and groundbreaking business processes, business models and strategies. The winner is the best to demonstrate his or her capability in making the company "innovational."
Ronald Copeland PFP’93
Dr. Ronald Copeland, president and executive medical director of Kaiser Permanente Ohio Permanente Medical Group, has received the American Heart Association’s Distinguished Achievement Award which recognizes volunteers who have made significant contributions toward the association’s mission of protecting people from heart attack and stroke.
J. William Tincup MBA’99
J. William Tincup, principal of the Jet Powered Group, has been elected President of Texchange, the Technology Entrepreneur’s Exchange, by its statewide board of directors. Texchange is a Texas based non-profit networking organization for emerging technology entrepreneurs, VC and angel investors, experienced mentors and related professionals. Mr. Tincup had previously served as President of the local DFW chapter and currently serves as a director for both the local DFW chapter and the statewide organization.
