In the wake of large-scale scandals undermining confidence in American businesses, managers are accountable to a higher level of ethical responsibility. How should managers handle the complicated trade-offs between pursuing profit and meeting broader moral standards? In this seminar, learn how to view your business and your actions through an ethical lens. Through a highly interactive series of discussions and exercises led by a Weatherhead faculty expert, participants will apply ethical frameworks to a range of issues to better evaluate and justify their business decisions.
