Fowler Center teaches in undergraduate course

Posted 3.27.2019

On Monday March 25, the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit team had the pleasure of presenting Appreciative Inquiry, the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development and AIM2Flourish to students in three sections of Professor Anita Howard’s MGMT 395 course. The presentation team included Fowler Center Senior Director Katherine Gullett and AIM2Flourish Operations Manager Megan Buchter.

Before the class session, students read and discussed Flourish Prize business innovation stories. In class, they learned about Appreciative Inquiry, the strengths-based approach to systems change invented at the Weatherhead School of Management, and the UN Global Goals, and participated in two small group exercises.

Many thanks to Professor Howard and her students for the opportunity. We hope you feel inspired by positive business innovations, like those showcased on After class, we snapped these photos.
