Weatherhead School of Management recently submitted its fourth bi-annual report to the United Nations-supported initiative Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). PRME was founded in 2007 to raise the profile of sustainability in schools around the world and to equip today's business students with the understanding and ability to deliver change tomorrow. The PRME initiative was conceived at the Fowler Center’s First Global Forum for Business as an Agent of World Benefit in 2006.
The school’s 2018 Sharing Information on Progress (SIP) report showcases the many ways Weatherhead students, faculty and staff contribute to responsible management education, global social responsibility and the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development. This report includes work being done across all disciplines and highlights the Principles for Responsible Management Education: Purpose, Values, Method, Research, Partnership and Dialogue. View the report and discover the many ways Weatherhead supports PRME.
The Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit will co-host the 2019 UN PRME Chapter North America 5th Regional Meeting with the College of Business Administration, Kent State University. The meeting will be held on the campus of Case Western Reserve University, June 2-4, 2019.
