Michael Goldberg Named to 2017 CNBC Disruptor 50 Advisory Council

Assistant professor of design & innovation Michael Goldberg is one of 39 selected to be a part of the 2017 CNBC Disruptor 50 Advisory Council.

This year marks the fifth year of the CNBC Disruptor 50. features private companies in a range of industries — from biotech and machine learning to transportation and retail — whose innovations are changing the world. Companies that have made the list all 5 years include Airbnb, Dropbox, Pinterest, Palantir, SpaceX, Spotify and Uber.

This year a record 838 companies were nominated for the list. It was up to Goldberg and the other 38 members of the Advisory Council to whittle the list down to the top 50.
