Central to the Quantum Leadership Project proposition are personal and organizational practices that instill a new consciousness of connectedness in leaders and organizations. Through an evidence-based approach which complements the financial case for sustainability by emphasizing the emotional and relational basis of leadership, the Quantum Leadership Project shows that it is only through such a change in consciousness that businesses can develop profit strategies aimed at healthy environments and increasing well-being.
Quantum Leadership – A Primer
In a new article, Quantum Leadership-A Primer, Faculty Executive Director Chris Laszlo explains how “transforming our consciousness is the most effective tool we have for unlocking local and global change.”
The Quantum Leadership Project at the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit includes a forthcoming management book (release date: 2019) from Fowler Center Advisory Board Member Frederick Chavalit Tsao and Fowler Center Faculty Executive Director Chris Laszlo, PhD, and features a digital platform, global practitioner conferences, executive workshops, alliances with like-minded leaders and organizations, blogs, and journal articles. Ongoing research under the guidance of Chris Laszlo is supported by a team led by Joseph Leah (PhD Candidate, Weatherhead School of Management) and including Maria Munoz-Grandes (PhD Student) and Lingkang Gong. A parallel effort is being conducted under Fred Tsao’s guidance at the Quantum Leadership Center in Shanghai, China.
